Iford Opera 2019

I had the great privilege to be invited to attend a performance of the opera ‘L’elisir d’amore’ in the grounds of Belcombe Court in Bradford on Avon. Over the last year we have been equally privileged to have been involved in assisting Iford Arts in creating an ‘in-the-round’ auditorium within the geodesic dome which they are occupying for the first time. The performance is part of the annual Iford Opera festival and a completely wonderful event all round from a picnic in the beautiful grounds, to exploring the magnificent terraced gardens, to the truly excellent and entertaining performance itself. Fabulous!
