This delivery and Implementation Strategy was commissioned by the client team led by London Thames Gateway Development Corporation to develop a structured delivery strategy to manage and steer change within an area undergoing rapid change within the context of the Lea Valley.

The study knitted together existing proposals within the wider context to produce a coherent vision and a costed delivery strategy  to guide future development in a way which protects the character and community of the area.
